July 8th, 2010 Andrew No comments

Disassembling a Fujipla LPE6510 roll laminator for the purposes of replacing chambers, rollers, thermistor sensor or F4 temperature fuse. Rollers require cleaning from time to time. The thermistor and temperature fuse are electrical parts which can fail as electrical parts do. Do not use this procedure to replace the roll-up shaft or it’s bearings. Other videos address the replacement of these parts. Questions on laminator service? We support ALL the products we sell. Call Dry Lam for all your lamination needs! 888-633-1973

LPE6510 roll-up shaft/bearings disassembly

July 7th, 2010 Andrew No comments

Disassembling a Fujipla LPE6510 roll laminator for the purposes of replacing the Roll-Up Shaft and/or its bearings. The Roll Up Shaft and Bearings can be damaged due to a high level of abuse in transportation (laminator dropped on its lamination handle, for instance) and are not normally items that ever require replacement. Do not use this procedure to replace other common replacement items- rollers, temperature fuse, chambers or thermistor sensor. Other videos to follow will address the replacement of these components.
